1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, accessing our website, or attending an event organized by Desi Dose, you agree to
these Terms of Service.
2. Ticket Policy & Refunds
- All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased,
except in the event of a total cancellation by the organizer.
- Cancellations: If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original
payment method.
- Transfers: Tickets are bearer instruments. You are responsible for the safe-keeping of
your digital ticket. Duplicate scans will be rejected.
3. Conditions of Entry
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to attend. Valid photo ID (NRIC,
Passport, or SingPass) is required. Digital photos of IDs are NOT accepted.
- Right to Refuse: Venue management and Desi Dose reserve the right to refuse entry or
eject any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, or fails to comply with the dress code. No refund will be
given in such cases.
- Search Policy: You consent to security searches upon entry. Prohibited items (drugs,
weapons, outside alcohol) will be confiscated.
4. Media Release
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. You grant Desi Dose the right to use
this media for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Desi Dose is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from your
attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by Singapore law.
